Goal
This guide will demonstrate how to view your request once it has been submitted
Before you get started
You will need to login to your App or resident portal. It should look something like this.
If you don't have access or are unsure how to get here, please reach out to your Strata Manager and they will be able to assist you.
Viewing request submissions
Once submitted it will sit in your requests, clicking the requests arrow in the home page will take you back to your requests.
Clicking on the request submission will show you the details of that request
The details tab shows all information that you submitted.
The Activity tab shows all the changes and updates done by an admin to the request.
You can also send a message to the admin using the comment feature
