Goal
This guide will demonstrate how to view the latest communications that have been sent to the community
Before you get started
You will need to login to your App or resident portal. It should look something like this.
If you don't have access or are unsure how to get here, please reach out to your Strata Manager and they will be able to assist you.
View community communications
To view the community communications, first login to the system and click the Menu Icon
Then click communication
This will then give you a list of options to choose from.
Note: depending on your community, some of these features may not be used as the information could be stored elsewhere.
Clicking one of the options will take you to view the communications that have been sent out.
Alerts
When you select Alerts, the alert information will become visible, as these communications are reactive there is no link to view more information.
Clicking on active or expired will show current active alerts or the expired alerts.
Surveys
When a survey is sent out, you will have the option of submitting a vote.
Once you have made your choice and click submit a popup will be shown.
It then moves to the submitted tab where you can see your results.
Note: Depending on the settings when sending the communication, you may be able to alter your decision until the survey expires.
Notices, Newsletters & Procedures
Clicking on active or expired will show current active notices, newsletters or procedures or expired notices, newsletters or procedures.
Clicking on the blue link will allow you to download the notice, newsletter or procedure.
