This guide will demonstrate how to view your Levy Fees, Levy Notices and where you make Levy payments for Stratamax or PIQ accounts.

You will need to login to your App or resident portal. It should look something like this.

If you don't have access or are unsure how to get here, please reach out to your Strata Manager and they will be able to assist you.

To view your levy information, first login to the system and click the Menu Icon

Then click My account

Select which Lot/Unit/Apartment you want to view the levy information.

Once you have selected your Lot/Unit/Apartment, you will have 3 options to select from.

Clicking On levies will show you the latest levy fees and a button to make the payment.

Clicking on Levy notice, will show you any levy notices that you have received.

Clicking on Lot details will show you the information that has been pulled from either Stratamax or PIQ. There will also be a button at the bottom allowing you to login to Stratamax or PIQ and update your details.

Note: This may take up to 48 hours to come across into the app.
