This guide will demonstrate how to submit a request

You will need to login to your app or resident portal. It should look something like this.

If you don't have access or are unsure how to get here, please reach out to your Strata Manager and they will be able to assist you.

To submit a request first click the request button located at the bottom of the screen.

You should then see a lit of options to choose from

Note: your community may have different forms to choose from, please reach out to your strata manager if you cannot see the form you need.

Click on the form you wish to complete, that will create a submission for you to fill out. In this example General enquiry was selected.

Note: there is no save draft option, you will need to complete the form in one sitting.

Fill out the form and press submit request
