Goal
This article will show you how to customise levy reminder notifications in the resvu resident app, including whether reminders are sent by push notification, email, or both.
Before you get started
You will need to be logged in to the resident app.
You will need to allow notifications in your devices' settings if you want to receive push notifications.
Customising levy reminders
Step 1 - Open notification settings
From the homepage, tap settings
Tap notification settings
Step 2 - Open levy reminders
Tap levy reminders
Step 3 - Choose how you receive reminders
Under reminder schedule, you can enable reminders for each timeframe.
You can choose to receive reminders by push notification, email, or both. Levy reminders can be configured for:
On due date
30 days before due date
14 days before due date
5 days before due date
3 days overdue
7 days overdue
14 days overdue
Step 4 - Save your changes
Tap the toggle next to the reminder you want to enable or disable.
The setting will update automatically when you turn a toggle on or off.
